IEEC is offering two contracts for engineers to work in the development of scientific instrumentation for scientific space missions. Candidates with physics engineering, optical engineering, electronics engineering or related are welcome. The candidates will join the IEEC-CSIC institute at the UAB campus.
The two person will be hired starting no later than June 2018 with a contract that will run until December 2018 (renewable). The candidates will work in the design, implementation and test of prototypes that can go from laser interferometer setups to temperature, magnetic or radiation monitor sensors. They will be integrated in a dynamic research team that includes scientific, engineers and students.
We search for highly motivated applicants. The candidate must have a good level of English to communicate with international experts. Previous experience in collaborative international designs or projects will be valued.
