color:#000000\">Dr Camps, who is also a teacher at the UPC <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/telecos.upc.edu\/en?set_language=en\" style=\"text-decoration:none;\"><u>Barcelona School of Telecommunications Engineering (ETSETB)<\/u><\/a><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000\">, has been distinguished as responsible for the project &#39;<\/span><strong>FSSCat: the 1st CubeSat-based ESA Third Party Mission contributing to the Copernicus program to Monitor Essential Climate Variables of the Water Cycle<\/strong><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000\">&#39;.
