sobre ver evolucionar el disco de la V&iacute;a L&aacute;ctea.<\/p>\n<p>Las galaxias disco presentan una gran regularidad en sus cuerpos estelares, pero revelan estructuras complejas en sus j&oacute;venes estrellas y gas. &iquest;Qu&eacute; conecta las condiciones de nacimiento altamente estructuradas con la regularidad general de las galaxias de disco? Para abordar esta pregunta, podemos usar la V&iacute;a L&aacute;ctea, de la que tenemos datos estrella por estrella, como un organismo modelo para estudiar los procesos que establecen la evoluci&oacute;n de su disco. Los recientes avances t&eacute;cnicos en los estudios espectrosc&oacute;picos y astrom&eacute;tricos han hecho posible la recopilaci&oacute;n de informaci&oacute;n espacial de fase 6D, abundancias y edades para un gran n&uacute;mero de estrellas. Presentar&eacute; un modelo estad&iacute;stico de la evoluci&oacute;n del disco de la V&iacute;a L&aacute;ctea, describiendo cu&aacute;ndo y d&oacute;nde nacieron sus estrellas, con qu&eacute; metalicidad, y c&oacute;mo evolucionaron posteriormente sus &oacute;rbitas hasta su estado actual. Los datos de APOGEE y Gaia limitan bien ese modelo e implican una fuerte redistribuci&oacute;n de las &oacute;rbitas estelares: a lo largo de la edad del disco, las estrellas t&iacute;picamente migran una distancia de aproximadamente la longitud de escala del disco. Esta extensa migraci&oacute;n parece ocurrir s&oacute;lo con un modesto calentamiento de la &oacute;rbita radial.
