The aim of this conference is to understand how in the middle Ages, like today, the link between the historical context and the cultural and scientific context is indissoluble and how each historic period builds its world and cosmos vision around their own referents. The trajectory of the Monastery of Sant Cugat it the perfect showcase to expose a multifaceted and complex history that laid the foundations for our own view of reality. Here you can access the program.

This initiative has been possible thanks to the collaboration of Monastery Museum, Research Institute in medieval culture, Sant Cugat forum on Astrophysics, the Institute for Space Studies of Catalonia (IEEC) and the University of Barcelona. [NOT TRANSLATED]
