GGD 27 is a dense molecular harboring the formation of massive, early B-type stars.

One of them, MM 1 is powering a spectacular radio jet, with a length several pc, and the brightest Herbig-Haro objects known: HH 80-81 and HH 80N. Furthermore, MM 1 is one of the few high mass star surrounded by a well defined accretion disk. All this properties suggests that MM1 is a scaled up version of the low mass young stellar objects. [NOT TRANSLATED]
