Dr. Emili Elizalde named “Most Valued Reviewer of 2014″ by the “Annals of Physics” journal.
Dr. Emili Elizalde, from the Institute of Space Sciences (Institut de Ciències de l’Espai, CSIC-IEEC) has been named “Most Valued Reviewer of 2014” by the “Annals of Physics” journal, from Elsevier Limited, Oxford, UK.

Elizalde combines his position at ICE (CSIC-IEEC) with collaborative research and teaching at University of Barcelona.

After undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Barcelona, Elizalde spent his postdoctoral years abroad with Rudolf Haag at the II. Institut für Theoretische Physik of the Hamburg University in Germany.

Elizalde received the Gold Medal of Tomsk State Pedagogical Universityin Russia, where he also obtained an honorary professorship.

Elizalde is editor-in-chief of Galaxies and member of the editorial boards of several other journals, including the Journal of Physics A. He has published a well-regarded book called Ten Physical Applications of Spectral Zeta Functions (1995). [NOT TRANSLATED]
